When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Atelier NOU2 Inc. reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason at its sole discretion. Your order is not considered accepted until it has been confirmed in writing by Atelier NOU2 Inc. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Atelier NOU2 Inc. may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been confirmed. If we reject, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or telephone number provided when the order was placed. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK]. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.

We shall not be liable for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We disclaim all liability for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Title to and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.

We will notify you of any claim covered by this indemnity, provided that any failure to provide prompt notice shall not relieve you of your obligations unless you suffer substantial prejudice as a result.
